## The Power of Light Diffusion

Is one shade cloth better than another? Research shows white, light-diffusing screens reduce greenhouse and crop temperatures while allowing more light in, compared to black and metallic shade screens. A study conducted by the University of Florida compared the outcomes of utilizing a light-diffusing white Harmony screen with traditional metallic and black shades. The results demonstrated cooler temperatures and faster growth, along with several other benefits reflected directly in the crops.

In our "The Power of Light Diffusion" case study, we demonstrate the clear difference between utilizing white, light-diffusing climate screens compared to traditional black and metallic screens and the results growers can expect by making the switch.
