Research shows white, light-diffusing screens reduce greenhouse and crop temperatures while allowing more light in, compared to black and metallic shade screens. A study conducted by the University of Florida compared the outcomes of utilizing a light-diffusing white Harmony screen with traditional metallic and black shades. The results demonstrated cooler temperatures and faster growth, along with several other benefits reflected directly in the crops.
