Dustin Mater joined Svensson in 2021 and works with growers across Canada and North America to solve greenhouse climate challenges and improve growing conditions. He combines hands-on growing experience with expertise in horticulture, sales, and customer support to help growers make confident climate decisions.

Before joining Svensson, Dustin was a Section Grower and Interim Cultivation Manager at Tweed Farms in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. There, he focused on crop production, team development, and greenhouse operations. His background also includes horticultural consulting, distribution, OEM sales, and retail management, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges growers face every day.
